Whitetails Unlimited Sponsors a Crossbow Raffle for Veterans
Whitetails Unlimited Delaware Chapter has stepped up as a sponsor of the 2026 Hero-Hunts Outdoorsman Expo! The chapter has donated a Barnett® Hyper Raptor Crossbow Package as one of our raffle prizes at this year’s event.
Whitetails Unlimited is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds “in support of educational programs, wildlife habitat enhancement and acquisition, and preservation of the hunting tradition and shooting sports for future generations.” The Whitetails Unlimited Delaware Chapter is focused on bringing this mission to our state!
Their donation of a Barnett® Hyper Raptor Crossbow Package to our raffle ensures that 100% of all proceeds go directly towards impacting local veterans and service members through the Hero-Hunts Foundation.
Our organization was founded to recognize and support American heroes who have served and sacrificed for our country by providing them with opportunities to reconnect with the outdoors. We host an annual Hunt that aligns with the Whitetails Unlimited mission, preserving the hunting tradition and healing veterans and service members through nature.
Enter to Win the Barnett® Crossbow
To enter to win the Barnett® Hyper Raptor Crossbow Package, you must be in attendance at the 2026 Hero-Hunts Outdoorsman Expo. This free event will take place at Harvest Ridge Winery’s Delaware location and will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 21.
Tickets for the crossbow raffle – and our other raffle prizes – will be available to purchase throughout the Outdoorsman Expo for $5 each, or five tickets for $20. You’ll have the opportunity to “bid” on different raffle items by placing a ticket (or several!) in the appropriate bowl for each prize.
We will draw raffle winners towards the end of the event. While you must be present to purchase raffle tickets, you need not be present at the drawing to win.

The compact Barnett® Hyper Raptor Crossbow Package “gives hunters big performance”! This ultra-compact crossbow measures 7-¼” from axle-to-axle when cocked, making for easier control in tight hunting locations.

More About the Hero-Hunts Outdoorsman Expo
If you love hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, or just connecting with nature, the 2026 Hero-Hunts Outdoorsman Expo is for you! Throughout the day, you can expect live demonstrations as well as several vendors, all dedicated to the outdoors.
In addition to the crossbow raffle, we will have several other raffle prizes perfect for those who enjoy the outdoors. The event will also include a silent auction featuring several unique items. All proceeds from the raffle and the silent auction will benefit the Hero-Hunts Foundation and the area veterans and military members we serve.
