Here at the Hero-Hunts Foundation, we’re supporting American heroes in honor of our nation’s 250th anniversary. Over the next few weeks, we’re celebrating our independence by raising funds to benefit veterans and service members.
“This milestone offers us an incredible opportunity to show our gratitude and appreciation for those who have sacrificed so much to keep our country free,” says Chuck Nunan, board president of the Hero-Hunts Foundation. “We invite others to join us in supporting these brave men and women.”
In honor of America’s 250th birthday, we are encouraging donors to give $25 to the Foundation. These funds will expand programs that make a profound difference in the lives of veterans and military members through healing outdoor experiences and tangible measures of appreciation.
Veterans like Rusty K., who previously joined us on our annual Hunt and now donates the use of his land so that others can participate.
Rusty says, “Hero-Hunts provides lifelong memories for every active-duty member and veteran lucky enough to be chosen.”
Your support makes it possible for us to serve more American heroes like Rusty. Every dollar raised will go toward bringing more veterans and service members on our Hunt, sending more military families to Walt Disney World, granting more dollars to other veteran organizations, and so much more.
